Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that online shopping involves risks and uncertainties, so we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all products that are not custom-ordered (like solid wood profiles) or marked as final sale.

All returned orders must be returned in good physical condition (as received) and be adequately packaged to ensure no damage during transit. 

Shipping costs are refundable only if we make a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

All return orders are charged a 5% re-stocking fee, unless waived by our team due to a defect or mistake caused by us.
