Shipping policy

We carefully prepare your orders within 2-4 business days, and we take a break on weekends and holidays. For any special pre-ordered items, we start the shipping process within 2 business days of them entering our inventory system.

Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you've given us. We want your order to arrive on time!

Please note: Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders of in-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Third Party reputable shipping services.  Flat rate shipping fees for standard shipping apply to all orders above $10. Biiibo reserves the right to deliver the order via any means deemed reasonable. 

SAMPLE SHIPPING 

Sample shipping is dynamic and we choose who we ship the samples with to get them to you as fast as possible. Samples can take up to a week to leave our warehouse as we cut them on site and sometimes (rarely) we must re-plenish our available sample stock can add a few days to your order arrival. Please be patient with us, we want the samples in your hands as much as you do. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is shipped back to Biiibo. We do not take responsibility for the transit of return shipping. Please ensure you have contacted our team before sending back your order.
